I specialize in overcoming what is holding you back from reaching your personal and professional goals, self-discovery, overcoming trauma, career exploration and prep, and job interview prep to land your dream job, but my experience and technique can be applied to nearly any concern.

  • Cost:

    • All services are free. We only ask that you share your healing journey freely to inspire and empower others on their own journey.

    • Donations are accepted (although not expected) and all donors will be provided with a donation receipt for tax purposes.

2) Click here to schedule an appointment to either Zoom/Google Meet or chat on the phone.

*If you are a minor (under 18 in the USA), your parent/guardian will need to review, sign, and return the Parental Consent for Coaching Form to ms.heather@reflectinginward.org prior to beginning 1-on-1 coaching. Parents are welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns.

  • Cost depends on time commitment, extent of preparation, potential travel requirements, etc. Title I Schools will receive a discount.

    • School Assembly With Motivational Topic of Your Choice

    • Q&A/Group Discussion for School, Classroom, or Other Group

  • Please email me at ms.heather@reflectinginward.org and provide details on topic, desired date/timeframe, time commitment, and mode of engagement to obtain an estimated cost of service. Please also include if you would like a motivational talk (mostly 1-way communication with some engagement), a Q & A session, or a Group Discussion on various topics selected by students.

  • Some of my most meaningful and moving moments I have had as a teacher have been while answering students' questions or addressing their life concerns and seeing the positive impact it has on the way they view themselves and the world around them. Making it a group conversation helps students understand and make connections across the boundaries of race, religion, age, socioeconomic status, education, etc. and feel the humanity in ourselves and others.

  • If you are interested in learning how to deal with trauma or irrational beliefs in the classroom, increasing self-efficacy in students, implementing our Career Exploration Program, etc. Please email ms.heather@reflectinginward.org with a specific topic, length of desired training, mode of training desired, and any other details you feel pertinent to organizing your training event.
